    • This webinar discusses tips and techniques to reduce bias in talent selection and talent discussions before, during and after Talent Review meetings, as well as a breakout session with Mock Scenarios for the group to review for bias issues and solutions.

     

  3. March 18, 2021: Increasing Follow-Through of Talent Review Action Plans
    • This webinar focuses on one of the biggest challenges: We have great Talent Reviews but people don’t follow through on action plans!  We will discuss actions to take before, during and after the Talent Review meeting that will help you to increase accountability and follow through, as well as a fun Innovation Transfer breakout group session with your peers to share more ideas with other participants.

Each webinar is designed for the time zones of the eastern USA and the Europe time zones; each webinar is scheduled from 8:00 am – 10:00 am CST in the USA, which is 3:00 – 5:00 pm CET in Europe. Each webinar is SHRM and HRCI Pre-Approved for 2 hours each.

These webinars will be facilitated by Doris Sims Spies, SPHR, author of The Talent Review Meeting Facilitator’s Guide and The 30-Minute Guide to Talent and Succession Management and Doris’ partner in Brussels, Belgium, Ingrid DeBacker, Founder of HR Wheelworks.
