Talent Reviews, Succession and Organizational Culture…How Should They Work Together?

Join us for a networking breakfast and interactive session to discuss the internal culture and career movement policies and procedures that can impact the success of your talent review-succession strategy, and how your talent review-succession strategy can impact your organizational culture!
Prior to attending, participants are encouraged to complete an online and anonymous survey about the Talent Culture questions authored by Doris Sims Spies, SPHR (author of the Talent Review Meeting Facilitator’s Guide) so we can all view and discuss the compiled results.
Some of the questions we will discuss together include:
